Ted Dreifuss

General Manager

Ted joined Henry Schein Dental's Specialty Products Group in March, 2012 as Vice President of Global Marketing. In July, 2013 he was named Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing and is currently responsible for all aspects of Henry Schein Orthodontics' commercial strategies and tactical planning, as well as marketing strategy for the other specialty companies in the group.

Ted has nearly 30 years of sales, marketing and general management experience in the medical and dental device sectors. Prior to joining Henry Schein Orthodontics, Ted held senior management positions at Sybron Dental Specialties, including VP Global Marketing at SybronEndo, General Manager at Sybron Implant Solutions, and VP of Marketing and Innovation at Ormco®. His tenure at Ormco included a six year stint in Europe, followed by several years of global marketing leadership during which time the company gained the number one market share position in the industry. Earlier in his career, Ted was Director of Sales at MediSense, Inc., where he helped drive double digit growth that led to the acquisition of the business by Abbott Labs. Ted has an undergraduate degree in Marketing from San Diego State University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.


Alison Weber

CFO Global Dental Specialities Group

Alison Weber is the Chief Financial Officer of the Global Dental Specialties Group. She is responsible for leading the finance function for this growing group, which currently comprises of four companies (including Henry Schein Orthodontics). Key responsibilities include partnering with the management team to drive profitable growth, as well as leading strategic planning and financial analysis for the team.

Alison is a seasoned financial executive with more than 15 years of financial leadership experience. Before joining Henry Schein, Alison was with Cadbury Schweppes for 11 years, where she held several key finance positions in the UK, Mexico and the US, until ultimately serving as CFO and VP of Finance of the Snapple Distribution Business. Alison is a UK Chartered Accountant and has an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.


Ron Malerstein

Director of Domestic Sales

Ron joined Henry Schein Orthodontics as Director of US Sales in October of 2013. He is responsible for leading the inside and outside selling efforts in the US market. Previously, Ron spent 20 years at Danaher Corporation’s Sybron Dental Specialties division, serving nine years as Vice President of Sales for Kerr Dental in North America, Asia, and Latin America, and 11 years in various Sales, Sales Management, and Product Management roles at Ormco. In the late ‘90s, Ron spent three and a half years as Vice President of Marketing for MedCenterDirect, a start-up dot.com venture owned by HealthSouth Corporation. Ron earned his B.S. degree with an emphasis in Marketing from Western New Mexico University and his MBA from Chapman University.


Shirley Stanley

Director of International Sales

Shirley joined Ortho Technology as Vice President Global Sales in 2004. Effective January 1, 2014 Shirley assumed International Sales responsibility for all orthodontic international sales segments within the Dental Specialties Group of Henry Schein. Shirley will lead the sales efforts in all countries outside of the United States working with an international network of over 200 active distributors worldwide, and Henry Schein companies in selected key markets. Overall her responsibilities extend beyond 100 international markets. Shirley has over 19 years of Executive Management experience within the orthodontic industry, and over 30 years of experience working with international markets in both Fortune 500 and privately held organizations. Prior to joining the Orthodontic Industry, Shirley worked for 15 years as Senior Director of International Sales and Operations of a Fortune 500 Corporation in Cleveland, Ohio. Shirley also worked for 10 years at TP Orthodontics. Positions Shirley has held within the orthodontic industry include Vice President, Global Sales, and Vice President of Marketing.


Céline Cendras

Director of Marketing

Céline Cendras is the Director of Marketing for Henry Schein Orthodontics. Appointed to this position in July, 2006, Céline oversees Henry Schein Orthodontics' marketing activities, which includes product management, continuing education, marketing communications, and international marketing. She and her team are responsible for the launch and promotions of new products, as well as maintaining Henry Schein Orthodontics' existing product portfolio that are offered through the Ortho Organizers, Masel ®, and ClassOne ® brand and distribution channels. In addition, along with her marketing team, she is responsible for supporting over 250+ annual continuing education courses in the U.S., featuring Henry Schein Orthodontics' products. Prior to joining HSO, Céline was responsible for both the International Marketing and International Customer Service Departments at Zimmer Dental, a leader in the dental implant industry. Céline has over 18 years of work experience in marketing management in the Medical Device industry, and a total of 17 years in marketing management in the USA and in France. Céline has a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from San Diego State University where she graduated with Cum Laude honors and with a Distinction in Marketing.


Mark Payne

Director of Engineering

As Director of Engineering for Henry Schein Orthodontics, Mark is responsible for the development of new product innovations and production engineering for all legacy appliances at the company. He has over 20 years of experience in the orthodontic profession, with 18 years at Ormco. He moved his way through the ranks to become the Director of Product and Process Development . He was at the forefront in the development of patient-specific appliances with numerous patents to his credit. Over the course of his career, Mark has executed a wide variety of engineering functions focused primarily around the research, development, implementation, and maintenance of patented and other proprietary technologies. He is an accomplished technical leader with claim to many successful inventions in both the medical device and consumer markets. He earned a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from California Polytechnic University, Pomona, California.


Donald D. Healy

Director of Operations

Don has more than 37 years of leadership experience developing and manufacturing ophthalmic, neurosurgery, orthopedic and dental medical device products. He has held senior management positions at Johnson and Johnson, Medtronic, and Abbott Labs. As a seasoned operations executive, Don has transformed a variety of manufacturing environments via the introduction of cutting edge tools such as Lean Sigma and the Shingo Model for Operational Excellence. Implementation of these manufacturing methodologies consistently resulted in reduced requirements, while improving speed to market and bottom line profitability. Before joining Henry Schein Orthodontics, Don was Vice President of Operations at Sonendo Inc. where he established the operations department and introduced several novel endodontic root canal products. Don holds an MBA and Bachelors of Engineering Technology from California State University, Los Angeles. Don’s skills, combined with his operations, engineering and Lean Sigma background perfectly align with Henry Schein Orthodontics' objective to achieve market leadership in the orthodontic market segment.


Colleen Boswell

Director of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance

Colleen Boswell joined Henry Schein ® in January 2015 as the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance. She is responsible for leading the regulatory and quality assurance functions within Henry Schein Orthodontics™, as well as providing support to all business units within the Henry Schein Dental Specialties Group. Colleen has nearly 28 years of quality and regulatory affairs experience, with an emphasis in dental products. Prior to joining Henry Schein, Colleen served as the Vice President, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance at Biolase. A majority of her career was spent in senior management positions at Danaher Corporation's Sybron Dental Specialties division, while simultaneously having regulatory and quality over site across their other medical device companies. Colleen earned her B.S. Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine.


Pamela Benson

Director of Supply Chain

Pamela Benson joined Henry Schein ® in November 2016 as the Director of  Supply Chain. She is responsible for leading the planning and procurement functions within Henry Schein Orthodontic™.  Pamela is a seasoned supply chain executive who had been responsible for developing and implementing a recognized world class supply chain organization during her 13 years at Danaher Corporation’s, Sybron Dental Specialties. Pamela had also led the deployment of Value Analysis and Redesign, as well as New Product Development Supply Chain programs while at Sybron. These programs increased profitability and speed to market and were regarded as best practices across Danaher.  Prior to joining Henry Schein, Pamela served as the Global Director of Supply Chain at Emerson Corporation, where she was responsible for transforming the global supply chain, implementing best practices, driving  excellence in customer service levels and cost reduction. Pamela holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from Madonna University in Michigan, where she graduated with honors.  She has extensive experience in Lean Organizational Excellence and holds multiple certifications from Danaher and Emerson.


Tracey Corea, SPHR

Manager of Human Resources

Tracey joined Henry Schein Orthodontics as Manager, Human Resources in December of 2012. She has over 20 years of progressive Human Resources experience. As a human resource professional and consultant, Tracey Corea has worked with US and European venture-backed high-technology and biotechnology startups, as well as manufacturing and call center organizations. Tracey's areas of expertise include staffing and retention, benefits and compensation, mergers and acquisitions, HR software systems, and legal compliance. A native Californian, Tracey holds her B.A. degree in Liberal Studies from California State University, San Bernardino. Tracey is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and has earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
